Ca’ dal Pum is a dream made of many layers.
There is the Ca’ dal Pum Azienda Agricola that produces fresh and genuine fruit and vegetables, from which it creates processed products such as juices, jams, sauces for cheeses and dried fruit. All the work, starting from the seeds, up to the food transformations in the laboratory, is guided by a principle of deep care, for nature and for the territory in which it operates, and also by a joyful creativity.
Then there is the Ca’ dal Pum Laboratorio Artigiano, which through the magic of weaving gives shape to huaraches-style sandals and much more. There, hands and imagination are the undisputed protagonists, which combined with the material, be it rope, leather, thread or fabric, generate pieces of craftsmanship that are always unique and unrepeatable.
Finally, there is a Ca’ dal Pum made up of the people who live there, permanently or temporarily, often looking for somewhere else to get a change of scenery, meet new people, get their hands dirty, look into each other’s eyes, and explore new perspectives together, starting from everyday life, experimenting with regenerative ways of being together.
Cristina Diana Bargu
Diana has a special love for words, especially for their poetic and regenerative use, capable of evoking new perspectives on reality and giving life to more nourishing stories and relational forms. Raised in the rich and stimulating context of Aia Santa, a community in the heart of Mugello that lives in the name of self-production and sharing, she then dealt with intentional communities, writing about them as a journalist for Italia che Cambia, Terra Nuova and for the Rete Italiana Villaggi Ecologici. An advanced student of Process Art, today she deals mostly with facilitation, teaching in marginal contexts, training and writing.

Simone Gronda
Simone is a lover of self-production in all its forms: agriculture, craftsmanship, food transformations and fermentations. Before arriving at Ca’ dal Pum he was a shepherd of Massa sheep in Lunigiana, and before that a traveler and explorer of alternative and community lifestyles. Passionate about ancient crafts, learned alongside good teachers, he also trained by studying permaculture and before that natural sciences.
